Big Picture: Is there a way to "alter on the spot" other columns like the summary column?

We would like to avoid "Task Editing Mode" and directly edit fields in the Big Picture Gantt view.

Hey @jill barkan, 

This is currently impossible but, the Inline Editing feature will be available soon. Open the below ticket to check the details (be sure to use Incognito Mode).

As far as I know, this will be released for the Scope module first (within Q1) but still, all changes made in the Scope module will be reflected in the Gantt so, you'll just need to use the Scope module for editing data "on the spot".
