Hi Everyone,
I want to create a dashboard that has data for 5 projects. one of the data points I would like is to see if each of the projects have a healthy backlog. I define a healthy backlog a) the story points of the user stories that are in a backlog or not active sprint, is 300% or more of the velocity of the team. How would I go about adding this data to the dashboard? Is the only way to create my own widgets?
Hi @Won Lee,
You could do this with our Great Gadgets app. One of the many gadgets that this app offers is the Issue Filter Formula Gadget, which allows you to display the info like in this example.
The gadget can easily calculate the backlog size, but it cannot calculate the velocity, so you will have to enter you current team velocity manually. The other numbers are automatically calculated.
If you need help with the configuration, feel free to contact support@stonikbyte.com.
Regards,
Danut.
Danut, I have the Great Gadgets app and there are no instructions of how to set up the above listed chart. Can you please provide guidance? Thank you! Deb

Hi @deb_shapiro
This is great. Instructions on how to use the Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadget can be found in the app documentation.
If it still unclear, please email us at support@stonikbyte.com and someone will get in touch with you for configuring the gadget based on your needs.
Thank you,
Danut Manda
