Hi @Jeevan Kumar K G ,

You can use the rule below.

If you want to check more frequently, then adjust the schedule time accordingly.

Hi @Jeevan Kumar K G

You seem to be repeatedly creating questions like this, which are just requests for a completed automation rule.  It also appears you have not first tried to solve the problems yourself.

This is a community of people with similar interests, sharing ideas, learning from each other, and asking for help when needed.  It is not a free source of labor to implement requests upon demand.

Using automation rules successfully requires learning and experimentation.  If one just uses rules created by others, with no understanding how they work, it is unlikely they will be able to update or maintain the rules in the future.

I recommend trying to create a rule before asking a question.  And if you run into challenges, post images of your complete rule and audit log details, and explain what is not working as expected.  That will provide context for the community to offer help.

To get you started on creating your rule, please refer to these documentation and example sources:

Kind regards,
Bill
