Adding users

Dear all,

I am using JIRA Software to track Project Progress.

I was told that I can add as many users as I want.

I added only 2 users and now I am not allowed to add more? The System says I Need to upgrade?

I dont get this. Could somebody please help.

Thanks for your quick answer. Unfortunately, I was just stupid and added People in a wrong section. Now everything is working :D
