Add to Issue Updated notification comment added via Incoming email with attachment

Hi,

since JIRA fires ISSUE UPDATED event when we add a comment via incoming email (if the email has at least one attachment), I was wondering if it is possible to add in the Issue Updated notification also the comment just added to the issue (not only the new attachment).

Which JIRA version are you on ? AFAIR JIRA 6.3.x sends "<user> updated an issue" email notification after adding a comment from email. This would suggest that ISSUE_UPDATED event is being fired.
