When I'm logging a jira there is a section which allows you to select which customers are affected, some users have the ability to add to this list but i do not. I've spoken with my colleague who has the ability to adjust my permissions but he doesn't know what needs changing to give me access to amending this. Can you provide instructions on how this is done please.
