After refreshed still the same, all the US are not showing in Backlog tab. However can be seen in Timeline tab

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Those messages typically say to contact Atlassian support if the problem persists. For that your Jira Administrator or Organization Admins will need to open a support case directly with Atlassian at https://support.atladdian.com/contact/#/

The code is a tag added to log file which they can use to zero in on the log entries near the time the errer occurred.
