Those messages typically say to contact Atlassian support if the problem persists. For that your Jira Administrator or Organization Admins will need to open a support case directly with Atlassian at https://support.atladdian.com/contact/#/
The code is a tag added to log file which they can use to zero in on the log entries near the time the errer occurred.
