when the resolution status is canceled we don't want to send a customer survey? Is this possible and how to enable it?

Could you explain what "resolution status" is?  Jira does not have that field. 

It has a separate  Resolution field and a Status field (actually a status display, not a field), and I am sure you mean one of those two, but I can't guess which one from your question.

Sorry I mean when you select "Cancel this Request"

 

We don't want to send a customer survey when this is chosen, is that possible?
