That message indicates that you are not logged in and - most likely - don't have a license in this Jira instance to access the product. Jira Software is a different product than JSM and requires a different license. As the message on the screen says, reach out to your company's Jira admin to let them give you the proper permissions to access.

This is a permission issue. It seems you have not access to JIRA Software anymore
