what is the character limit of showing the status in portal view in JSM?

As shown in the screenshot the requester/customer is unable to see the full status name. Even after hoovering on the name the full name is not visible. Therefore the requesters are getting confused on finding the status of the request.

Hi Shivani,

Not sure of the character limit - but you can probably count the characters in your image and determine that. 

However, it would be better if you created status names that were more succinct and not so long. Use acronyms or abbreviations if necessary. And, of course, the best thing is to reuse existing statuses instead of creating a bunch of unique ones.
