what data is retrieved in jira asset management using discovery tool? can we fetch asset tag etc

i have used asset discovery tool and scanned(discovery.exe -rs <IP-Address>) single ip address. But further unable to see any scan folder. Also what data is fetched by discovery tool once it is executed in cmd prompt.
