You can find your username easily after logging into your Atlassian Cloud product or by visiting https://start.atlassian.com/.

You can also navigate your profile (Atlassian ID) directly by visiting https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility and make changes there. Your Full name is how you appear in Jira and Confluence.

Your username is the email address associated with your account.

If you don't have access to your instance, you will need to ask someone else to take a look.

Go to https://admin.atlassian.com > select your site > Users > the email address is listed below your name.
