unable to log clockwork

Hello Team,

One of my colleagues is unable to log clock work in Jira. Gets the following error:

Clock error (ID: lw65yf96). I have attached the screenshot of the error as well.

The task is assigned to her, we tried in multiple browsers, ensured that the timings are as per her work schedule. still gets the error.

Welcome to the community.  It seems that Clockworks is a third party add-on that you have installed on your site.  You need to contact vendor's support team to further troubleshoot of the error that you are getting.
