When trying to integrate with slack and the Jira Service Management ChatOps, i get a error saying "Your slack workspace is already connected to a different site" I checked that no apps are installed on the slack side and when i try do the integration a application is actually installed and given permission. It looks correct on the slack side.

Atlassian support did not respond with any good answer last time, will try again as i saw some reference they might have something stuck in the configuration database on their side

Anyone else got the same behaviour?

The error message "Your Slack workspace is already connected to a different site" in Jira Service Management Cloud indicates that the Slack workspace you are trying to integrate with is already connected to a different Jira Cloud site.

You can try the following steps:

1] Check Existing Integrations:
  •  Ensure that there are no existing integrations or connections between your Slack workspace and another Jira Cloud site.

2]Check Slack Workspace Connections:
  • Look for any existing Jira or Atlassian apps and remove them.

3] Revoke Permissions:
  • For any existing Jira or Atlassian apps, revoke their permissions.

4] Remove Integration in Jira:
  • Remove any existing Slack integrations.

5] Reconnect Slack Workspace:
  • Reconnect your Slack workspace.

6] Check Slack Workspace Domain:
  • Ensure that you are using the correct domain of your Slack workspace when configuring the integration in Jira.

7] Contact Atlassian Support:
  • If the issue persists, especially if there might be a configuration database issue suspected, it's recommended to reach out to Atlassian Support providing detailed information about the problem, steps taken, and any error messages encountered.

    Hope it will help!

Thank you, have tested all the steps and it seems it successfully installs the application on slack side but then some final step on atlassian side don't work. Like something stuck in atlassian database that is not shown. I tried multiple times to remove everything on slack side with same result. Will try again to ask atlassian support see if get any response this time.
