While raising Service Request through jira customer portal, showing sample / default users at "raise this request on behalf of" field.
I can't see these users under "People" section in Project settings.
@Ganesh Gunukula here's the Support article for removing those Demo users. I needed to remove them before go live!

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Those users should be listed under Customers, or you can go to admin.atlassian.com > Products > Jira Service Management and from here you will see all your portal customers and you can either deactivate or delete them.
