Although I'm set as an Administrator, and am a member of a team in Opsgenie, when I attempt to add a Team as an Incident Responder to a Service ("Select an Opsgenie team"), I get the notification:

"You don't have access to any teams in Opsgenie"

Any idea why?

Hi @shenningsgard ,

Atlassian site roles don't always correlate one-to-one with Opsgenie roles - so my guess is you might be a User in Opsgenie even though you are a site admin.

You'd realistically have to manage Opsgenie roles within Opsgenie specifically - while the Atlassian site can manage which user(s) have access to Opsgenie in general. You'd want to be either an Opsgenie account Admin or Owner for the permission mentioned above.

One of the existing Admins or Owners can upgrade your role within Opsgenie under the Settings menu > Users tab.
