All users are getting this error when trying to view issues in any project. We can see the names of tickets in queues and boards, but get this error when clicking the link. I've also tried to submit an atlassian support ticket, but am not sure if it's working... I'm getting a different error there!

We have the same error across all projects, all users. No update on the Atlassian Status page but no one in my org can open issues in Jira Cloud or JSM Cloud.
