"Service Desk Team" member can't view the JSM Project.

I have recently created a new JSM and added it to an existing confluence site. 
Strangely enough all company existing Confluence user don't have access to this JSM project now. They also can't access our home page company.atlassian.net/jira.

I have now added one of my team member to the "Service Desk Team" in the Project Settings of that JSM Project, but still they don't have access to it. They are not an agent yet I think.

How can I make the Project visible to our company employees that will need to browser tickets as collaborators?

I have also just checked the Permission helper and this user I added to the "service desk team" apparently should have browse access to the issue. But he doesn not:
