"Seguimiento de tiempo" no funciona

Buenos días,

De repente esta mañana ha dejado de funcionar la opción de "seguimiento de tiempo" en Jira Service Desk Management Cloud. Si la petición no tiene tiempos asignados, entonces me deja añadir un tiempo. Si ya tiene tiempo asignado, la ventana aparece pero el botón "Guardar" no se habilita y no puedo añadir más tiempos.

Hello @Hector Agea Merino welcome to the community.  I apologize ahead of time if there are any translation errors.  I'm not seeing this behavior on my instance today.  

I'm wondering if this is happening for all users, or just one or two.  Have you tried flushing the browser cache, or used a different browser to see if the same thing is happening?  I'm using MS Edge on my machine.  You could also have another user try it to see if it's still an issue, or try another computer to see if you're using the same behavior.  

The save button for me isn't enabled when I'm adding time until I've typed in the amount.

If you've tried all of those things and are still having the issue, with your Premium license, you could open a ticket with Atlassian Support and get their feedback on this issue.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for your response.

We spoke with Atlassian and they informed us that there is a general error in localization (not just in spanish). The solution is change language environment to English while they fix the issue.
