"Messaging Error when MailPullerWorker pulls emails" an error occurs.

We are using MS Office's outlook.

In receiving mail from jira-services-desk, I get the following error:

I found the answer while Googling.

Jira is creating a ticket based on the mail received in outlook mail.
It works fine now, but sometimes it doesn't. Could it be because of the above problem?
