"Bug" form doesn't show up on the Help center page.

The "bug" form that was available previously, now doesn't show up. There are only "Feature" request form and "Service" request form.

On entering the right credentials https://grapeseed.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 it says that the request type doesn't exist. Logging in doesn't help either - the "Bug" form doesn't show up.capture_20211222125551142.pngcapture_20211222125657355.png

Hi @Tuyana

Looks like the request type is missing/deleted or it's not mapped to show on the portal.

Are you the project admin of that service desk project ? then you can check this by Navigating to project settings --> Request types.

Please check this link too troubleshoot this issue

@Tuyana -

Welcome to the community.  You will need to check to see if the "Bug" request type/form is configured in your JSM project.  Maybe it was hidden by the project admins.

If the "Bug" request type/form is setup (or un-hidden), then you will see it in the portal UI.

I agreed with what @Vishwas mentioned.

Hope this helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin
