Hi Everyone,
I would like to inform that we have released the "Approval Required Trigger" trigger in A4J (automation). Now automation rules in Jira Service Management can be triggered when an issue that requires approval is created and has approvers set, when new approvers are added to an issue with an existing active approval request, or when an issue is transitioned to a status that requires approval and has approvers set.
