Hi. After upgrading Jira from 7.11 to 8.5.3. I found the following problem. When adding a file to the attachment field and click Share with customer, the link to the file is not added to the comment field, because of this, the file on the portal is not available. Help solve this problem.

IMHO you need to manually add the link to the comment, at least this is what we do in standard Jira Service Desk.
Normally, we would add a reply and refer to the attachment in the text.
