I setup a service management project originally in English, then I added and switch to French as default language. I have done most translation of status, etc. But there's one thing I am not able to do:
The email notification, the invitation email seems to be always in English only, vs other notifications are bilingual.
Since I am testing on a free plan, I can't modify the template, but should it be automatically be translated ? How can I make sure it send out in French?

Email templates and customer notifications can be modified in the language support section.
Project settings > Language support > Language then scroll to the bottom of the page and you should find it in the left hand menu.
What language do you have your personal preferences set to display?
