When we checked the Jira ticketing system, when a customer raises an issue, and an agent works on it, if a second agent works, he can also work on same ticket without knowing that they are working on same ticket, and he can close it without knowing of another agent... So, please assist me in resolving this. If an agent is working on a ticket, the ticket cannot be edited by another agent at the same time. The customer also knows who replies to or closes their ticket. It demonstrates an anonymous user.
Unfortunately issue locking is not implemented in Jira. There is an issue you can vote for/watch that suggests this.
