I have the default notifications options and when I add people as request participants they dont receive and email that they have been added to the ticket.
Where can I verify the configuration/options of the notifications.
I didn't change nothing on the notifications options. Everything is by default

You can check the customer notifications in the project settings:
Is the "Participant added" notification enabled? If so, the next step is to check the notification itself by clicking on "Edit":
Is the notification configured to be sent to "Added participants"?
