Hi Team ,
Need clarification on the cross project access in JSM .want to ensure cross project access is not possible.
We have 3 different projects , all having different organizations and customers .
we want to make sure that the customers in project 1 should not be able to access anything related to project 2 or anything apart from project 1 .
Also , when we share the Portal URL with the customers to raise an incident then the customers in project 1 should not be able to open the Portal URL of any other project to which they are not added . This also includes , while creating the incident , they should not be able to share the ticket with any other organisation apart from that to which they are added . Could you please confirm on this whether the JSM isolates accessing one project from other or not for the customers who are not part of the other project .
Hi @Alka Kumari
If you want no one other than the Customers added to the project to enter the project on the portal, you must pay attention to the customers permission settings.
If you select the "Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins" option, only Customers added to the project will be able to follow the link on the portal.
