my agents can not add a link to confluence page

hi,

i am testing to add a new link in the field confluence link in a new issue .

work well for me (owner of the project), but my agent dont see any page created in confluence. 

my agent can log in en confluence page, create new pages... 

what can i do?

hi, agents can navigate trough the confluence pages without problems.

can the agent navigate to the specific space they are trying to link to? check the space/page access permissions.
