Hi all,
My current setup is to route to 3 approvers at 1 time, is there a way to let other 2 knows through email that the first has approve ?
So that the other 2 approver will know what is happening.
Hi there,
This is Nadhila from Atlassian.
You may want to create an Automation rule that looks a bit like the following example:
It is important to add the correct Status in the condition before the rule sends a notification email, to ensure that the email only gets sent after a specific Approval process is completed.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
my current workflow is like this. can it be done ? the 3 approvers is at waiting for approval.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Do all three people have to approve?
The trigger above is only when the Approval process has been completed, so if 3 people need to approve, the Automation would not be triggered unless all three have approved, so maybe it is better to have a scheduled trigger than the one I had suggested before.

i see, what i trying to achieve here is that,
out of 3 approvers, lets say first approver approves, then at least email notification saying that already passed first round. Because as of now, 2 and 3 would not know that the first already approved.
right now, that's the challenge i facing. :)

I get that completely! Unfortunately, if the approval process is within the same step for all 3 approvers, there's not a trigger that could fulfil your inquiry.
That's why I thought to suggest the scheduled trigger instead, but then it would remind them based on the amount of time the ticket is still in that status, irrelevant to who has approved or not.

You're welcome! My apologies for the inconvenience here
