When a user enters our space to generate a ticket on our Service Desk platform, the following error message appears on the form
jsd-awssc-app.services.atlassian.com’s server IP address could not be found.
I was observing and it is in a specific form, I checked in another form and this error does not appear

I think someone entered the wrong URL into your JSM configuration, somewhere.
The url should probably end with ".net" (not ".com").
