There are any way to assign the approver according to AD data: take the manager defined in AD.

You can indeed achieve that using ScriptRunner for Jira which among lots of other things allow you to implement fields that you can link to an AD.
This type of field is called Single LDAP Picker.

Allow me to jump in and share with you a workaround where you can add a specific list of approvers. This, however, will only allow filtering users from a specific group on user management and works on Classic projects only.
