When customers navigate to portal the get HTTP error 500, We haven't updated and we are on the cloud version.

I suggest you to directly open a Support request to Atlassian team using the contact form you will find at the bottom of the following page:

I don't think that error is caused by any misconfiguration from your side, it seems something is broken. Have you by any chance, the SSO (single sign on) using Atlassian Access configured on that instance? if so, double check the configuration there.

Thanks, and I haven't added any single sign on. I did check the config and nothing was changed, just weird I guess. I did contact support and am waiting for reply thank you for your suggestions
