is there any way to hide the featured projects on the customer portal and just have a form?

all we really need is a button to submit a request and a form with our custom fields, we have multiple clients who don't need to know about each other.

Hi @Matt S_ , you can't remove the protect tile. With that said customers will not know about each other when accessing the project.
