Hi @Joseph Chung Yin i am IT person we will get the ticket from the HR for user creation that ticket we need to automate jira to office365 for user account creation .

Out of the box, there is no integration automatically with Office365.  You will need to search Atlassian Marketplace for possible third party add-ons that meet your needs -

Furthermore, account creation in office365 is outside of Jira/JSM.
