Hi Guys

i've invited a team member to a team managed software project and gave him admin rights, i even made him to the lead of the project, but he can still not see the boards (dropdown) in the left navigation bar.

what else do i need to do?

Thanks and best,

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Team-managed projects just have a single board. What boards are they trying to see?

Hi John,

Is the other Admin able to click the Create button and see the project?

So as soon as he creates an issue - he gets the above screenshot for all of the issues on that project where he can't see the other functions?

the above screenshot shows create new issue modal which appears when clicking on "create", by default the according project (which i'm referring to in my request) is selected.

- so he can create new issues

- he can see the list of existing issues & can edit them

x but he can not see any boards in the project navigation bar on the left side

And he is the only one on the project that cannot see them? Has he tried a different browser? Or cleared his cache? Or tried with Incognito mode?

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to see what they say. Please post back here with the Resolution.

Hi Kevin,

Ensure that the board's permissions are set correctly. Sometimes, boards may have specific permissions that restrict visibility to certain users

Ensure that the board is not a private board. Private boards are only visible to the creator unless shared explicitly.

Thanks,

Azaruddin

Hi Azaruddin,

i did already, project access is open and permissions are standard..

i also tried to edit atlassian.net/secure/admin/roles/EditUserProjectRoles! but i can't add the project, is it because it is a team-managed one, do i need to migrate to a company-managed?

Best,

Kevin
