What result are you expecting when you integrate JSM with amoCRM? Do you want a JSM ticket to be created following a conversation with amoCRM? Or data from amoCRM to be available in a JSM request? Or something else?
Currently JSM free App CRM supports Salesforce and Microsoft dynamics
You could request with Atlassian on the integration or use add-ons to achieve the integration
