hello all.

what is the meaning/reason of the incident types that ends with the word [system]?

I see incident types like this:

- change

- change of [system]

- incident

- incident of [system]

I guess that [system] comes in the standard, but don't know how the word affects.

Yes, those flags are to tell you that you are looking at the one the system has built in.  The others are ones added by your people.
