Here's the scenario. A user for JIRA Service Desk adds a comment and we use JIRA Cloud Slack app to notify on a slack channel what's happening.
The comment in the channel:
Frank Jones commented on a *Service Request* in `Escalated`
*ABCD-5 Need logos and backgrounds for v3*
>>>fixing the logos now. will need to make do with this for now. everything on google search is low res. need to do a deeper dive on that one
Frank Jones is a slack user. but his handle isnt being used. I want Frank to be notified by his handle @frankjones. How can JIRA Cloud Slack app be configured to do this?
