i have some problem with integration to slack

Hello, I have the following question for the technical support service: "A private channel has been created in my Slack workspace for technical support of my customers. Customers from other Slack workspaces are invited to this section. My Atlassian Assist is integrated into the channel. In this channel, users of my Slack workspace can create tickets using the "ticket" emoji and using the "/assist" or "/create ticket" command. And users of other workspaces can only create tickets using the "ticket" emoji. The question is how to set up Slack so that users of other workspaces can create tickets in this ticket channel also using commands. All specified users of other workspaces are invited to my jira support project." I would really appreciate a solution to this issue. If you need additional information or clarifications, I am ready to provide them.
