http or https?

Assuming that I'm using the cloud-hosted version of Service Desk, is the URL for accessing the system http or https? 

Equally, for the customer portal, is it http or https? Is it different if I went down the on-premise route?

Hi @Alex Makepeace , 

if you're using Jira Service Desk cloud, you don't have a choice : it is HTTPS by default. Your portal URL will be like https://mycompany.atlassian.net/servicedesk

Of course, if you choose the self hosted version (it's called Server), then you can decide to use HTTPS or not.
