how we return the customers who are not associated with an organization.

Hello All,

I am currently working on extracting customer/organization data from each project in JIRA Server. I am using the API (/rest/servicedeskapi/servicedesk/id/organization) to retrieve the list of organizations. However, I have encountered an issue where some users are created without any organization tag, and the org API does not pull information for these users.

I am seeking advice on potential workarounds to obtain a list of users who are not tagged with any organization.

It is my understanding in the past that there are not API details to get customers without organizations in Jira Server API documentation.

Here is an outstanding enhancement request that you should add yourself as a watcher of it - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-6791

A similar API was made available in the past as experimental for the CLOUD env. You can take a look to see if it will work for the SERVER env.
