how to use jira asset discovery to collect network equipement as firewalls and switches

Beside servers i also want to discover assets for our network devices including network switches, routers, firewalls

How can i do this in Asset Discovery?

i've already added credentials an scan setting 
the issue is that i cannot find the firewalls and the switches on teh result of scans 
also for some servers vmware or Microsoft i have this error : the connexion port 5985 is not reachable

Hi @Siham Bendaoui 

So this is an issue on the side of the servers or firewall.

Are the credentials correct, do they have admin permissions, you might even need domain admin privs.

I googled and this s not an discovery issue, I also see other tools using WinRM on port 5985.

Look into how to solve this on the MS side.
