how to get all the external customers in service desk

Hi all!! good morning!!

My partner is trying to get a list of all external customers in service desk, but he can't find the way, neither do I. 

Can you help us? how can we get this list?

Hi @Rosana Casilli 

For starters I think you need to be a Jira Administrator to see this. If you are then great follow the steps below: 

1. Click on the cog or Settings button (top right next to your Avatar). 
2. Select User Management
3. From the menu on the left under User Management, under Access requests - see Jira Service Desk. Click into it. 
4. This will list all the Portal Customers and one has the option to Export customers to a CSV file.
