@Anthony Escamilla Welcome to the Atlassian community

As a project admin you can go to project settings -> automation to see what automations exist and who the owner is (This is usually who created them but can be changed).

As a Jira admin you can go to settings -> Global automation and see what automations exist throughout your whole instance.  The owner, scope and when it was last updated.
