we need get jira certifcation to add into to the Personal and Root Certificate Stores on BeyondTrust Resource Brokers, this is to integration jira with BeyondTrust.
Welcome to the community. Regarding to the cert, you should contact the BeyondTrust vendor directly for assistance since it is an integration between your JSM/BeyondTrust products.
