I'm new to JIRA, want to create change request. i'm unable to find change request option in issue type dropdown list. how do we enabled the change request
Did you create your JSM project using a template? If so, did you create it with the IT Service Management template? This is the only template that includes pre-configured items for the various ITSM modules, such as Incident, Service, and Change Management.
