how to edit hyperlinks on customer portal site

Hi guys, is there any way to edit the names or URLs of these links to our customer portal? When agents click 'open portal' it takes us to the URL on the right rather than the left. The one on the left is what contains the search bar, and I haven't figured out a way to edit the URLs on the portal settings.

Hi @Martin Quezada ,

The 2nd Service Desk link should be your JSM project, so the name could be changed if you change your project name, I'm not sure if there is a way to change that link label directly and I believe the URL is fixed as well.

Where are your agents clicking "open portal" is that something internal or part of Atlassian?
