how to configure a user as a default watcher to all of jira tickets?

I am adding myself to jira ticket manually every time when the jira ticket is created. please advise how to configure my account as a default watcher to all of jira tickets, so that once jira tickets are created i will be the watchers automatically.

You have two options:

1) Customize your WF using the "Create Issue" transition by adding a custom post function to add your user account against the Watcher field.

or 

2) If you have the full version of Automation for Jira add-on, then you should be able to create an automation rule to add your account against the Watcher field too.  This option, I have not tried before because we are currently evaluating the add-on. 

For both options (in our envs), you must have Jira Admin rights.  In our test env, we are allowing project admins to configure automation rules.
