Hi @Aykan Inal ,

The time what you see is the time zone set in your profile. You need to edit it. Once you edit, it will show you the correct time.

To Change your timezone, go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences?ref=jira&src=personalsettings

Hi @Aykan Inal

Usually, if your timezone is incorrect, this will mean your Created Dates are also incorrect

This'll be down to one of two reasons:

  1. Your instance's default timezone for users is incorrect (or set to a timezone not suitable for the majority of users)
  2. Your personal settings do not reflect your timezone.

See below how to fix these.

---

(1) Default Instance Timezone

To check/change the default timezone in your Jira instance, you'll need to be a Jira Admin and then...

  1. Go to Settings (cog icon in top-right corner) > System
  2. Choose General Configuration from the left-hand menu
  3. Press the Edit Settings button in the top-right corner
  4. Ensure the Default Time Zone is set correctly - if not, change it and update it

Just remember that if you have users globally, this is the default time zone - so choose a timezone which the majority of users operate in!

---

(2) Personal Settings

To change your personal timezone settings...

  1. Go to Settings (cog icon in top-right corner) > Atlassian Account Settings
  2. Select Account Preferences from the left-hand menu
  3. Check your Time Zone - if it's incorrect, change it

---

Let us know if either of these help resolve your issue!
