Hi @Arthur Barrella

Welcome to the community. In regards to your issue, may I know if your knowledge base stored in Confluence or JSM knowledge base.

If it is in JSM knowledge base, please try to configure the access to the knowledge base to anyone as described in details in the knowledge base below:

Hope it helps.

Hi @Arthur Barrella ,

Apart from configuring KB (as you've mentioned you already did) you'll have to set up an open portal for the project where you've linked this knowledge base. You can check out official docs here: Set up and manage portal access

Basically, you need to navigate to Project settings > Access > Customer permissions and set Channel access to Open.

Next, click on update the customer access settings which will redirect you to product configuration (note that you need to be Jira admin for that). On Customer access page, under Portal access you need to select option Allow customers to create accounts and mark Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in.

However, a note that this should be configured with caution as it could impact some other existing JSM projects/portals and make them accessible to everyone. You can read more about that here: Set up and manage help center access / Set up anonymous access to your help centers

Cheers,
Tobi
